I am a dedicated therapist specializing in supporting adults and adolescents facing challenges with depression and anxiety. Since earning my Master’s degree in January 2024, I have been committed to fostering a nonjudgmental and safe space for my clients, where they can share their experiences and feelings at their own pace. My primary approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns. I also incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy to enhance emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. My goal in therapy is to empower my clients to navigate their life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, focusing on creating tailored strategies that promote healing and growth. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and perspectives, and I aim to build on these in our sessions. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, reading, watching television and learning Korean.
