My loved one is depressed, what can I do?


It's been a little quiet here at The Mind, but we're proud to announce a new article by one of our newest additions to the team!

Give it up for Sping Lim and her fantastic take on depression. Oftentimes we look at depression from the perspective of the individual suffering from it, but what we forget sometimes is that there are other people at stake as well. Friends and family are often in the firing line when someone is depressed. These are often the people forgotten in the aftermath of a disorder such as depression, however they are probably the individuals who go through the toughest times, second only to the individuals who are depressed.
