We have a suspicion that he's trying to tell us something about his workload, but we'll just keep working him until he complains and tells us otherwise!
Jokes aside, mental and emotional fatigue have incredible ninja like qualities. They sneak up on you when you least expect it and hit you so hard you'll be seeing figurative stars before you know it. The best defence against fatigue is to keep track of our current state of mind. It never hurts to stop every now and then, and ask yourself, "how you doing there buddy?". And maybe invest in a good baseball bat to swat the ninjas away.
