The past year and a half have not been the kindest to the aviation industry. From the ill-fated MH370 and MH17 to the unfortunate incidents in Taiwan, the world's citizens has had to face many difficult moments. Our hearts go out to the victims and their family.
Whilst the majority of us have not been directly affected by these events, many of us have to face the prospect of getting onto a plane and flying, be it for work or for travels. Given everything that has happened, it is not surprising that some of us may find such an endeavour difficult.
Our team is also affected by the news in one way or another. As individuals, they open up about their own fears of flying and share some suggestions on overcoming those fears. One step at a time, we will eventually overcome our fears and anxieties of flying and long distance traveling.
