Anger can come in different forms at any time of the day. Even the most docile of us would have flare ups of anger now and then. Anger can effect people from all walks of life. Whilst we can experience and feel it, we don't have to be controlled by it, which would more often than not lead to less than savoury circumstances for us as well as the targets of our anger.
