(or other variations along the same lines) around all the time, but how many of us actually knows what stress is and what it can do to you? Knowledge is half the battle won, and the good people at goodtherapy.org hopes to do just that by sharing with us a fantastic piece. The piece also talks about some simple steps that you can take to give yourself some stress relief.
The steps there are just some of the fantastic things that you can do. Use your imagination and see where it takes you! The main goal here is get to doing something for yourself.
