Get in touch with us! Either via email, phone call or chat on FB messenger, give us a rough idea of what is that you’re going through. We have a big team here at The Mind, so the information that you provide will help us match you up with someone in our tea. We’ll also be able to provide you with our team’s profile as well as fee structure so you’ll be able to make a sound decision on who you work with.
Take a look at the profiles that we have sent and have a think about who you’d like to see. Ideally, you’ve chosen someone you’re the most comfortable with. Once you’ve done that, let us know and we’ll get in touch with you within 48 hours to get an appointment set up.
Once the appointment has been set up, your therapist will have sent you some forms to fill up and bring in as well as directions to our place. For now, there’s nothing else you’ll have to do! There’s no need to prepare, or get anything ready for the first session. All you’ll need to do is come in, ready to talk and with an open mind. What happens after the first session will be decided between you and your therapist.
